Surge Academy How-Tos
How to register on Surge Academy site?
1. Click the Account menu on the upper right portion of the website then choose Academy.
2. Click Login>Register an Account.
3. Enter your account information and click Register.
REMINDERS:
- There should be only ONE user account per enrolled student. Kindly register using your FREELANCING GMAIL Account.
- All Courses are Non-Transferrable and Non-Refundable.
- User accounts are automatically deleted when:
- An email address other than the Freelancing GMAIL is being used.
- Same person with dual/multiple accounts.
How to log in?
1. Click on the Account>Academy then click the Login button.
2. Enter your email/username and password after Login form pops-up, then click the Login button. If you forget your password, click Lost Your Password.
REMINDERS:
- Please make sure to enter your correct account details to prevent you from the failed login. Note that if you reached 5 attempts your account will be blocked and you can only try again after 24 hours. Reset your password immediately if you forget your password to prevent it to happen.
- If the error persists, kindly send us a screenshot of the error message and email it to members@surgedigital.agency. You can also reach us via our Contact Page.
How to reset a password?
1. Click on the Account>Academy.
2. Click the Login button. Click the Lost Your Password under the Log in button then enter your account details.
How to Navigate Your Profile
Log in to the Surge Academy Website. Click Edit Profile.
a. Choose and click Account Details if you need to view or update your account details (note: changing of email address is not allowed).
b. Choose and click Enrolled Courses to view your enrolled courses including the free courses. It will be directed to your Account.
c. Choose and click Log Out to sign off from your account.
How to Access the Courses?
1. Log in to the Academy Website.
2. After logging in, you will be directed to your account. Choose and click from the list of courses what course you want to start with.
3. Click the Orientation/Coaching session to start viewing your video lesson.
