High-speed /Up Speed – make videos funny, playback all scenes and make the videos shorter

Slow motion –  give us a “close-up in time”, and introducing a feeling of surreality

Zoom in – give us a “close-up in time” and introducing a feeling of surreality

Zoom out – to manipulate a display (such as a video) so as to make it smaller, less detailed

Background blur – a solution for vertical videos to replace black bars on both sides

Color Tuning or Color Correction – altering or making some changes in video color to make it more appealing

Color Grading or 3D LUT – manipulating your footage to create cinematic effect so it can be more appealing

Computer screen recording – refers to the act of copying what is currently displayed on a computer screen

 

Portfolio

VE – PORTFOLIO 3

  1. Download videos from pexels video or pixabay videos. Go to the links in Surge Academy and you will find sites where you can find free videos. Edit the videos using these tools.
  2. High Speed/Slow motion
  3. Use Zoom in and Zoom Out
  4. Choose a vertical video or download a video and add background blur
  5. Do blur important details
  6. Download a shaky video and stabilize it
  7. Add effects – filters and overlays
  8. Use color correction and 3D LUT
  9. Add transitions
  10. Screen record a portion while you are editing

Attach your recording to videos you edited.

Submit them all in one video only.
