  • Draft a corresponding action plan for each challenge for 1:1 coaching
  • Prepare an inventory of digital tools that you have a working knowledge of and rate your level of proficiency for each
  • Create your 3/6/9-month SMART plan that plots the corresponding digital tools you want to learn, improve on or master to upgrade your HR competencies. Research online sources and hyperlink accordingly into your SMART.
