CRM

Customer relationship management is an approach to manage a company’s interaction with current and potential customers. It uses data analysis about customers’ history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.

Podio

Podio supplies a web-based platform for organizing team communication, business processes, data and content in project management workspaces according to project needs. 

Skype

There are plenty of calling apps that can be used for REI and calling leads. To mention some, there’s Mojo Dialer, Call Rail, and Phone Burner. But the most reliable of them all and most used by investors is Skype. It can be connected to a local number in the US, and call local and overseas numbers without a problem for lead gathering. Let’s take a look at how it’s done on Skype.

Craigslist

Craigslist is an American classified advertisements website with sections devoted to jobs, housing, for sale, items wanted, services, community service, gigs, resumes, and discussion forums. 

Zillow

Zillow has data on approximately 110 million homes across the United States. The company offers several features including value estimates of home, value changes of each home in a given time frame, aerial views of home, and prices of comparable homes in the area. It also provides basic information on a given home, such as square footage and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. 

Users can also get estimates of homes that have undergone significant changes, such as a remodeled kitchen. Zillow produces home value reports for the nation and over 130 metropolitan statistical areas. The reports identify market trends including but not limited to five- and ten-year annualized change, negative equity, short sales, and foreclosure transactions.       

Trulia

Trulia offers a variety of real estate and neighborhood products and services for consumers and realtors. 

A home and neighborhood site for buyers and renters to find homes and neighborhoods across the United States through recommendations, local insights, and map overlays that offer details on the commute, reported crime, schools, churches, and nearby businesses.

Record a call (at least 1 minute) using Skype, pretending that you are calling a homeowner, willing to sell her property.

• You will only record your end and or call a friend to record
• Research scripts you can use and personalize it
• Download call from Skype, upload to Google Drive and make the file public
