Creating your Proposals
Proposal Document vs. Proposal Letter
Proposal Document – is used and sent to a client that you’ve spoken with. In other words, they’re either warm or hot leads. These clients know the value of your services.
Proposal Letter – it’s sent to Cold leads. These are the potential clients that you’ve spoken with. You may have seen a Job post from them and you decided to apply. A Proposal letter is more detailed.
Proposal Document
- Introduction
- Brief background & experience
- Your Process
- Service Packages
- FAQS
- Testimonials
- Next steps
Proposal Letter Guide
- Assure the client that you understand his needs.
- Tell him that you have the skills in just 2-3 sentences.
- State what you plan on doing when you start working with the client. Notice that I used “we” instead of “I”. This projects confidence that you already see yourself working together with the client.
- Call to action. (call, video call, and hearing call from him).
Building Target Client Relationships
We are in the Digital Marketing Era.
Take advantage of the power of Social Media. Build your authority online. Reach out to your target clients. Offer solutions to their pain points.
It’s not about the Likes anymore. It’s now about the Value you give to your target market.

Builds your authority FASTER!
- Meaty Post Comments
Posts with captions that give real value.
Parts of a meaty post content:
-
- Juicy hook – make your audience click the See More or Read More option.
- Pain point (Connector) – why should they keep reading? Address something that your target audience can relate to.
- Main content – solution to the pain point.
- Call to action – what do you recommend that your audience do? What’s the next step?
- Direct Messaging
Messaging & responding to followers consistently.
Responding to their Social Media stories with the aim of creating common grounds. Do this consistently (recommended 10 story responses daily).
Why stories? Because this leads directly through their inbox which is more intimate.
- Talk about you
Introduce yourself and allow your target market to know you better.
This allows personal connections and TRUST between your target market.
Aim to let your target market know how you can relate to their needs on a personal level.
- Feed Engagements
Nurturing your target audience is maintaining the connection outside their inbox.
